We also undertake reporting of regulatory changes for our clients. 

We also provide service where we diligently assess prevailing framework and regimes and the possible legal issues and challenges before a client initiates a venture including providing reliable information about the asset or the counterpart. We understand the importance of due diligence which is why we work closely with other professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Technical experts etc in order to cover all aspects and as far as possible.
